Wow, this is beautiful. I was worried that it may be overly sweet, but it is sweet without being sickly. Notes of honey are followed by subtle vanilla flavours. Lovely.
The name was what originally caught my eye, the flavour was what set it apart for me. This is by far my favourite. Cold or warm the flavour is velvety and smooth.
Most possibly my favourite mead of all... The hint on vanilla really enhances the flavour.
